MELITA BELL KNOWS HOW TO CLOSE SALES

Melita Bell is officially one of RE/MAX’s highest acclaimed sales agents in Australia.

Ms Bell claimed RE/MAX Australia’s #5 position in the Australian network’s transaction-based ranking of its top five sales teams at the RE/MAX Australia Rally in Brisbane last month.

The top sales performances for the first six months of 2018 are calculated on gross overall commissions and transaction sides.

RE/MAX Australia Managing Director, Michael Davoren, said real estate customers could be confident they were dealing with the industry’s best when they dealt with the Toowoomba-based team.

He said the ability to be ranked in the top five came down to a dedicated and cohesive group of real estate professionals who focus on an extraordinary customer experience.

“I sincerely congratulate Melita on this achievement,” Davoren said. “She aims high and does far better than simply satisfying customers.”

Ms Bell said the relationship amongst sellers, buyers, sales associates, finance brokers and support staff plays an active part in property exchanging hands.

“This award shows we have great respect for the seller and buyer needs; we appreciate the research they do before they come to us, and fully understand the trust they place in us.”

More than 200 RE/MAX members, business partners and invited guests attended the RE/MAX Australia July Rally at the Victoria Park Golf Complex, Brisbane.
