Throughout the tenancy, current legislation allows us to conduct routine inspections of your property a maximum of once every 3 months. These inspections are critical to ensure any matters of risk are identified and actioned to protect you. Moreover, regular inspections of your property are essential to ensure that the tenants are properly maintaining the condition of your asset and to ensure that any preventative maintenance issues can be identified and resolved. The results of the regular inspections are then put in writing and forwarded to you along with any recommendations for repairs, maintenance or future refurbishment if required. Many of these trusted tradespeople are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for emergency services, if required.
It is part of their service agreement that the attending tradesperson will use their expertise to determine liability. This is reported to our team to action if it is believed to fall outside usual wear & tear responsibilities of the Landlord.
We also inspect all work undertaken that exceeds $1,000 (or by special request) to verify satisfactory completion prior to proceeding with approved payment.
