Tenant Information

Being A Good Tenant

So you’ve moved into your new home and now it’s time to enjoy it. But to really be a good tenant please follow our simple guidelines …

Ending Your Lease

Your Residential Tenancy Agreement is a legal and binding contract, providing protection for both you and us…

Entry Condition Report

At the commencement of a tenancy, RE/MAX Success provides you with a copy of the Entry Condition Report. The Entry Condition Report records the physical condition of the property and its inclusions at the commencement of your tenancy. Our agency completes the section required on behalf of the Lessor. The legislation requires tenants to complete the allocated section and return one copy of the report to the agent within 3 days of the lease commencing. Should the allocated time period pass without the Entry Condition Report being signed and returned by the tenant, the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act deems the report completed by our office, as accurate and binding. The Entry Condition Report is the reference used at the Exit Inspection for the bond disbursement process.
