AWARD WINNING REAL ESTATE TEAMS KNOW HOW TO CLOSE SALES
A team of sales associates from RE/MAX Success claimed a position in the Australian network’s transaction-based ranking of its top five sales teams at the network’s six monthly awards, which this year were celebrated virtually, coinciding with the RE/MAX Evolve II event.
The event brought members and guests together from all over Australia and New Zealand, as well as speakers from across the globe in a virtual platform, with the day closing with the announcement of Australian award winners.
The top sales team performances for the first six months of 2020 are calculated on gross overall commissions and transaction sides.
The Melita Bell Team and Daniel Burrett Team are officially some of RE/MAX’s highest acclaimed work units in Australia.

RE/MAX Australia Managing Director, Joel Davoren, said real estate customers could be confident they were dealing with the industry’s best when they dealt with the Toowoomba based teams.
He said achieving such a ranking came down to performing as a dedicated and cohesive group of real estate professionals.
“This award represents consistently outstanding real estate experiences for the team’s customers,” Mr Davoren said, “and I sincerely congratulate both teams”.
“Melita and Daniel both lead teams that aim high and do far better than simply satisfying customers.”

Daniel said the relationship amongst sellers, buyers, sales associates, finance brokers and support staff plays an active part in property exchanging hands.
